I recently stayed at the Complejo Puente Romano for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The room may not have been huge, but it was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The bathroom, although small, was perfectly functional. The hotel itself had a stunning building and grounds, with funky and quirky decoration and furniture. The staff were brilliant, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was more than adequate, and I particularly enjoyed the large bubble bath in the room. I had a great stay and would definitely return if I'm in the area.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful, providing good service. The breakfast is more than adequate, offering a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel has a large bubble bath and a nice, warm bungalow.
There are some issues with the hotel. The bathroom in the room has a leaky seal, resulting in a bad smell from the stagnant water.

The decoration at the hotel was simply charming. The vintage furniture and quirky elements added a touch of nostalgia and made me feel like I was staying in a cozy cottage from the past. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for us senior folks. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and elevators available throughout the hotel, making it easy for us to move around comfortably.
I would have appreciated a handrail in the bathroom to provide extra support for us senior guests. The children working there were lovely, but it would have been even better if they could have provided assistance specifically tailored for us older guests, ensuring a more enjoyable vacation experience.

The room at Complejo Puente Romano was cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. As adults and children, we loved the free WiFi and the well-equipped kitchen in the cottage. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the hydromassage bath in the apartment a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion.
